FAQ
Questions, answered.
What is Noctra.gg?
Noctra.gg is a marketplace for CS2 and Dota 2 skins. Instead of gambling on cases, you pick the exact skin you want, pay once, and receive it as a Steam trade offer within minutes. Listings are pulled live from the global market, so what you see is real inventory available right now.
How does delivery work?
After checkout we send a Steam trade offer to the Trade URL you provided. It usually arrives within minutes. Accept the offer in Steam and the skin lands in your inventory — you'll also get an email confirmation.
Where do I find my Steam Trade URL?
In Steam, open your Inventory, click "Trade Offers", then "Who can send me Trade Offers?". Your Trade URL is listed under "Third-Party Sites". Make sure your inventory privacy is set to Public, otherwise the trade offer can't be sent.
Why hasn't my trade offer arrived?
The most common causes are on the Steam side: your inventory is set to private, your Trade URL is outdated, or your account can't trade yet. Steam requires the Mobile Authenticator to be active for at least 7 days, and a recent password reset or new device can place a temporary trade hold. If everything looks right and the offer still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card or with crypto. Payments are encrypted and processed securely, and the price you see on the listing is the price you pay — no hidden fees added at checkout.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout only needs your email and your Steam Trade URL. An account is optional — it lets you track your orders in one place, but it's never required to buy.
What do Factory New, Field-Tested and the other labels mean?
That's the skin's exterior — how worn it looks, from Factory New (pristine) through Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn to Battle-Scarred (heavily scratched). Each item is minted with a fixed float value that determines its exterior, and it never changes with use. StatTrak™ variants additionally count your kills, and Souvenir skins are special drops from official tournaments.
Are the skins genuine?
Yes. Every listing is a real item from a verified seller's inventory, and delivery happens through Steam's official trade system — the same way you'd trade with a friend. There's no way to counterfeit an item inside Steam.
Can I get a refund?
If we can't deliver your skin — for example the item becomes unavailable before the trade is sent — you get a full refund automatically. Once a trade offer has been accepted, the sale is final, since the item is already in your inventory. The details are spelled out in our Terms.
